☕ We're a small crew of home brewers and one very patient coffee-obsessed engineer who got tired of scribbling ratios on sticky notes. Grind & Bloom started as a personal spreadsheet and grew into the app we wished existed on day one.

Grind & Bloom was built on one non-negotiable rule: your data never leaves your device. This policy explains exactly what that means.
- 1. Information We CollectWe do not collect any personal information. Grind & Bloom requires no name, email, phone number, or account of any kind to calculate a ratio, browse a brew method, or write a tasting note.
- 2. How We Use InformationBecause nothing is collected, nothing is used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. There is no advertising engine and no behavioral tracking inside this app — there is simply nothing to feed one.
- 3. Data StorageEvery ratio you calculate and every tasting-journal entry you write is stored locally on your own device. Grind & Bloom has no servers and no cloud database, so there is no remote copy of your information anywhere.
- 4. Third-Party ServicesWe do not integrate analytics kits, advertising networks, or third-party trackers of any kind. No usage data is shared with outside companies because none is generated for sharing.
- 5. Data SecuritySince your brewing notes and preferences stay on your device rather than traveling over a network, there is no transmission to intercept and no remote database to breach. Your device's own security protects your information.
- 6. Children's PrivacyGrind & Bloom does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, in full alignment with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- 7. Your ControlThere are no accounts to manage and no servers holding your data, so you are always in complete control. Deleting your tasting journal within the app, or uninstalling Grind & Bloom entirely, permanently removes all locally stored information.
- 8. Changes to This PolicyIf our practices ever change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above. Continued use of Grind & Bloom after an update means you accept the revised terms.
